Orthodontic Assistant (RDA or OAP required)

We are a family-owned private practice with two locations in the Inland Empire.
This opportunity is a full-time position that requires availability Monday through Friday.
Primary job responsibilities include taking digital records, assisting chairside with orthodontic procedures (archwire ligation, band sizing, clear aligner delivery, etc.
), sterilizing instruments and other supplies and equipment, maintaining clean and orderly treatment areas, delivering patient care instructions, coordinating appliance fabrication and delivery, performing basic administration functions, and participating in marketing efforts.
An ideal candidate would have:
a current Registered Dental Assistant license and/or Orthodontic Assistant permit extensive knowledge of orthodontic terminology, diagnoses, and treatment modalities excellent manual dexterity strong verbal communication skills (Spanish-speaking a plus!) a reliable and proactive work ethic the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment proficiency with basic computer programs and software applications a positive and energetic attitude with a team-player mindset a passion for making people smile Although preference will be given to applicants with at least 2 years of experience in orthodontics, we are willing to train the right person.

Multiple Locations.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
