Job Description:
Project Coordinator/Customer Service:
As a project coordinator, your responsibilities will include strong customer service skills and communication with internal solar departments.
You primary focus is to provide our customers with top notch customer service for various solar projects and perform other duties needed to fulfill the business needs.

Responsibilities:
High quality customer service Update customers based on 14-day cycle Working as a team player with other project coordinators to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution Keep CRM updated in order to easily and readily help customers Contribute to weekly production meetings Secondary to help with incoming phone calls to assist customers Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and resolution oriented Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM Job Type:
