Summary:
Responsible for the preparation, presentation and clean -up of the morning breakfast service, maintaining a sanitary work area, and for conducting oneself in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Prepares, assembles, and presents the morning breakfast service.
Ensures the ongoing consistency and presentation of high-quality food during breakfast service hours Maintain proper procedures in all food preparation.
Ensures that sanitation standards are maintained.
Create/develop menu changes.
Control food usage per food cost.
Maintain proper ordering, receiving and inventory control.
Breakdown breakfast set-up and reset restaurant for next meal period.
Cleans and sorts silverware and stoneware used during morning breakfast service to appropriate storage area.
Washes and cleans all preparation equipment, counters, floors and any additional items required for the morning breakfast service.
Inspection of kitchen facilities to include:
Freezer, Walk-in, All refrigeration and buffet set-up Complete all tasks assigned by General Manager Ayres Hotel Redlands 1015 W.
