Reports Processor - (Must take a Grammar Assessment) Duties - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Maintain patient records and update electronic health records (EHR) - Assist with insurance verification and billing processes - Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up on patient care - Prepare examination rooms for patient visits and assist with procedures as needed - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred - Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly desirable - Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record keeping - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with EHR systems is a plusAbout the Company:
