To be considered, NCLEX test date must be scheduled by April 30, 2024.

Certifications Required:
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • ACLS & PALS (American Heat Association) within 6 months of hire
  • MAB or CPI (non-violent Crisis Protection, Intervention) required within 6 months of hire
  • NIHSS certificate required within 6 months of hire

Reporting to the Nursing Director of Emergency Services, this position is a non-professional care giver who assumes responsibility for a variety of tasks for a group of patients.

Qualifications:

  1. High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  2. Current BLS certification required.
  3. MAB certification due within 6 months of hire.
  4. Current California EMT or Paramedic license required.
  5. One year recent experience in an acute care setting preferred, and/or Emergency Department experience preferred.
  6. Completion of medical terminology course preferred.
  7. Computer experience highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
