Director of Nursing Services
Asistencia Villa Rehabilitation in Redlands has a full time position for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years experience as a Director of Nurses in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Facility hosts residents with a high acuity level so extensive nursing skills are a must and subacute experience is a plus. Must be able to work with multiple physicians and insurance companies; have the skills to coordinate the licensed and certified nursing staff to provide appropriate services to achieve resident and family satisfaction; the ability to work within regulatory compliance; ability to communicate with all levels of residents, staff, professionals, family members.
