Our Real Estate Specialists are both real estate agents AND mortgage originators, giving you the chance to streamline the process and earn more money from each transaction. The position is 100% commission, based remotely giving you the ability to work from home or establish your own office, and paid via 1099.
We are looking to grow in volume and establish long-lasting relationships with our real estate specialists. To accomplish this, we offer extremely competitive commission rates and support for you to succeed. Responsibilities:
Most importantly be a team player and represent clients and LockCreek companies with the strongest fiduciary care in the industry.
Obtain new real estate and mortgage opportunities from direct relationships, financial advisors, insurance agents, realtors, and the real estate community.
Help clients with differentiating between mortgage alternatives to find the best rates and terms.
Be an active contributor to the organization by providing feedback on how LockCreek could improve its services and provide better opportunities for its Specialists.
Job Requirements:
1 year of experience originating mortgages
1 year of experience in real estate transactions
CA NMLS License
CA BRE Salesperson or Broker License
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
